While workingon this position you will be responsible for providing 1st or 2nd line support for customers' via e-mail or telephone, solving IT related issues, providing technical support, preparing analysis, providing feedback to users, maintaining high standards of customer service according to procedures.
Successful Candidateshould be fluent in Dutch and Flemishwith working knowledge of Englishand preferably hold University Degree. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and computer skills. Previous experience in IT field or degree in Computer Science would be perceived as a strong asset. We are looking for several candidates with strong communication and solving-problemsskills who are quick learnersand self-motivated to solve customers’ issues.
