With its administration, insourcing and risk management services, the company focuses on the administration and structuring of funds, securities, real assets as well as alternative asset classes and offers complex risk management solutions.
We are currently looking for an employee to join our Business Management Operations (Area Operations) as an IT-Governance Specialist. The exciting position combines IT-security governance and strong collaboration with functional leaders, IT and internal, central IT-security entities.
Your areas of responsibility:
• ownership of KAIT regulations and IT security documents (e.g. IT application authorization, user manuals, IT-Risk Self Assessments, IT-Outsourcing Controlling)
• development of an IT-security governance for the area Operations
• onboarding of new IT-applications with regards to IT-risk regulation
• annual re-certification of IT-security documents and user re-certification of all IT applications
• onboarding of existing IT applications onto the Central Identity and Access Management Tool
• ensuring Operations are compliant with internal regulations
• close collaboration with the area business management, functional team leads within Operations and the central IT-security governance team
• primary point of contact for internal/external partners and auditors with regards to IT-Security
• definition and optimization for all (new) IT-governance processes within the Operations
What you offer:
• University degree in financial economics, business related areas or IT related areas
• experience in regulatory and compliance-driven business, ideally in financial services
• strong organizational skills and ability to structure and define new processes
• high technical affinity and proficiency in dealing with conventional information & data systems
• ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders
• excellent written and verbal communications skills
• strong analytical skills, attention to details and solution orientation
• fluent in English, German language skills would be an asset
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• first practical project experience would be a plus
