Ensure delivery of factory IT related Services to site, provides support and First point of contact for all production IT related systems following applicable global/regional Factory IT Standards. Provide Strategy for IT Asset Healthcheck program. Lead implementation of Factory IT projects.

Opis stanowiska
- Delivery of IT Solutions related Services
- Responsible for cyber security compliance of the factory IT infrastructure in his home plant
- Responsibe for implementation of factory IT projects in his home plant.
- Business partner of operation team and engineering responsible for delivery of Factory IT part of production solutions
- Manage external contractors for Factory IT tasks, following all the induction processes and supervise their works in the site
- Establish and monitor a set of KPI's related to Factory IT infrastructure, services and solutions to include performance, availability and functionality metrics
- Cooperation and coordination with Maintenance Department in order to solve and define new procedures and improvements due all the IT systems and hardware
- Provide continuous improvement solutions to include collaboration with the relevant internal/external partners if necessary
- Participate in regional and global Factory IT Infrastructure related projects to ensure valuable input and deliverables
- Inventory, Control and Purchasing of IT Infrastructure components
- Provide the communication and marketing of Factory IT Infrastructure Solution and Services to Engineering and Production
- To be in constant communication with shift based production and maintenance teams to understand any breakdown or reliability issues
Profil kandydata
- Proven working experience on similar position in production environment
- University Degree, preferably within Engineering or IT/ High Professional Studies
- Fluent in English with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills
- Server administration background
- Virtual infrastructure administration
- Cisco equipment architecture knowledge
- Database administration knowledge
- SQL knowledge
- Excel, VBA knowledge
- Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
- Lifelong learner capable of attaining necessary professional qualifications and continual technical development
