To achieve our ambitious goals, we need reinforcement. We are looking for a qualified IT Change Manager for our Systems and Data Centre division in the Infrastrucure Management team to start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
As an IT Change Manager you are mainly responsible for the IT Change Management process and also for the following:
- Performing the process roles of "Change Manager" and "Incident Manager" in tandem and in mutual representation with another colleague;
- Control of the change process at operational level with the System Center Service Manager tool;
- Management and implementation of the Change Advisory Board ;
- Process implementation is in your hands;
- You identify process weaknesses and develop appropriate improvements;
- You develop process-dependent KPIs and create reports;
- You check the existing IT changes for correctness;
- You consult with change members and owners to resolve conflicts or impacts of changes;
- You will be involved in the development, documentation and control of the IT service;
- Participation in the System and Data Centre team and the associated topics.
What you offer:
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
- Education in IT or comparable training;
- You have several years of professional experience in the IT environment, es-pecially in the ITIL process environment;
- You have gained experience especially in the change management process;
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft System Center Service Manager (or similar systems);
- You have a very good insight into the IT infrastructure for the assessment of IT changes;
- Reliability and flexibility are a matter of course for you;
- Organisational skills and the ability to work in a team;
- You are communicative and able to express yourself in German as well as English.
