IT Associate PMO Manager
We are looking for an exceptionally driver individual to help manage our hiring pipeline as well as coordinate our administrative procedures and standards. In association with local Hiring Managers and external agencies a candidate will be helping to search for ambitious people who want to join our team. The role would not have any direct reports and typically works under supervision of PMO/Project/Programme Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
Being focal point for Data Services recruitment process in Krakow
Facilitate hire and onboarding end-to-end process starting from the new requisiton to week one assistance for the new joiner
Day-to-Day operations with external Vendors including briefing calls to represent view of business area
Liaison with local HR / Representatives for recruitment related queries
Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial and resource planning
Conduct training sessions for a new team members
Maintain local administrative procedures
Ad hoc communications
Headcount related MI tracking and reporting
Office desk management support
Resource time tracking control
Requirements:
At least 1+ years’ experience in the scheduling and supporting activity role
Strong in spoken and written English
Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively
Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
Client focused and solution orientated
Logical and analytical thinking
Flexibility and adaptability
Self-starting, independent, and willing to take on a wide variety of work
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience of working in a fast paced environment would be beneficial
University degree preferable
