As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's assets as well as for internal and external support of end-users.

For our Client, a travel agency with the long-term presence on the Polish market, we are looking for IT Administrator.

Description

• Responsible for the management of the company's Internet and information technologies (IT) assets
• Maintenance of all information technology equipment
• Manage the company's system firewall protection applications or software
• Hire, develop, mentor, and train the IT staff
• Account for backup of systems and all data (new system's implementation ahead, you will be trained with the new technologies if needed)
• Offer training to staff of the organisation and its clients
• Responsible for the management of the organisation's email accounts
• Make recommendations for the improvement of the company's IT department
• Maintain right working attitude with other IT staff
• Respond to client's questions on IT
• Handle the organisation's hosting information
• Network computers in various departments when needed
• Responsible for the installation and configuration of software on computer systems
• Handle diagnosis and troubleshooting of computers to discover and solve hardware and software faults
• Handle logging of queries for both customers and employees
• Responsible for analysing call log to discover trending matters and issues.

Profile

• Previous experience covering IT aspects of the position: hardware (distribution, maintenance), software (configuration, troubleshooting, etc.), networking
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Leadership skills
