Your new role
Holding this position you will support, maintain and troubleshoot critical technical infrastructure. You will respond to and resolve issues submitted by phone, email or through online ticketing system as well as assure that all job processes and production client data marts are updated, available, and meet SLA compliance. Moreover, your duties will conclude coordinating cross-functional collaborative with other technical teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have solid experience in area of Linux, Microsoft Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS). You should have a very good knowledge of Hadoop (Cloudera preferred) as well as of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure). Fluent English and good communication skills are also required.
