Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support to French-speaking customers
- Solving IT related problems (e.g. issues with desktop/browser/printer)
Requirements:
- IT support working experience
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows area
- Very good knowledge of French (B2 level)
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with operating/monitoring systems considered as an asset
