Invoice Processing Accountant with Spanish
The successful candidate will perform AP processes associated with global invoice mailing, scanning, processing, and posting activities.

Our Client is an international company from pharmaceutical sector. For their newly created Center Center Of Excellence we are looking to hire candidate for the role of Invoice Processing Specialist.
Description
- Executes the P2P invoice processing activities: e-mail processing, invoice intake management, scanning, data entry completeness and accuracy, invoice posting, and issue resolution
- Processes invoices from receipt through posting in an efficient manner to ensure compliance with relevant payable systems, policies and procedures
- Conducts reviews of vendor statements
- Coordinates with invoice approvers and/or requisitioners to ensure timely review and approval of invoices
- Supports General Accounting's month‑endmonth‑end/year‑endyear‑end closing procedures including general ledger reconciliations
- Supports and implements process change improvements and system upgrades/updates
Profile
- Higher Education preferable in the area of Finance and Accounting / Economics
- Very good English is a must
- Knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
- Proven professional accounting experience (min 1 year)
- Analytic thinking, attention to details
- Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Knowledge of SAP system
