We are seeking for an experienced and independent Investment Director.

For our Client - a well established real estate investment fund - we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Investment Director. Successful candidate will be responsible for co-creating and executing investment strategy for Poland and regional markets in terms of office, logistics and PRS products.

Description

• Take part in the process of creating investment strategy for Poland and regional markets
• Manage the acquisition, disposal and asset planning process
• Evaluate investment opportunities that match investor's quality and yield parameter
• Responsible for gathering and utilising market data to accurately underwrite investments and other strategic decisions
• Identify and prepare a complex analysis of new investment opportunities according to company strategy
• Prepare Investment packages and present investment opportunities to local and HQ board
• Responsibility for the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external teams and service providers (Asset Management, Construction, Legal, Tax and Finance, etc.)
• Strongly support finance acquisition process
• Monitoring of market and competition activities in collaboration with internal & external researcher

Profile

• Master's Degree in finance or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience the area of real estate capital market transactions
• Strong track record in terms of acquisition and disposal process
• Established capital markets network (brokers, investors, banks, etc.)
• Strong financial and transaction background
• Strategic and operational approach
• Fluency in English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
