We are seeking for an experienced and independent Investment Director.
Client Details
For our Client - a well established real estate investment fund - we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Investment Director. Successful candidate will be responsible for co-creating and executing investment strategy for Poland and regional markets in terms of office, logistics and PRS products.
Description
- Take part in the process of creating investment strategy for Poland and regional markets
- Manage the acquisition, disposal and asset planning process
- Evaluate investment opportunities that match investor's quality and yield parameter
- Responsible for gathering and utilising market data to accurately underwrite investments and other strategic decisions
- Identify and prepare a complex analysis of new investment opportunities according to company strategy
- Prepare Investment packages and present investment opportunities to local and HQ board
- Responsibility for the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external teams and service providers (Asset Management, Construction, Legal, Tax and Finance, etc.)
- Strongly support finance acquisition process
- Monitoring of market and competition activities in collaboration with internal & external researcher
Profile
- Master's Degree in finance or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience the area of real estate capital market transactions
- Strong track record in terms of acquisition and disposal process
- Established capital markets network (brokers, investors, banks, etc.)
- Strong financial and transaction background
- Strategic and operational approach
- Fluency in English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
