- Financial and business modeling to assess the profitability of investments
- Supporting buy or sale process to ensure timely and efficient execution of transactions
- Analysis of investment proposals, documentation and preparation of the underwriting model
- Preparation of investment memorandum
- Processing data for the analysis of the real estate market
Profile
- Master in Finance & Accounting
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in investment appraisal, capital markets or M&A
- Financial modeling and valuation experience
- Knowledge of commercial real estate market
- Good command of English (min. B2+)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- High analytical skills and attention to details
- Pro-active attitude
