For our Client, well-known company with office located in Kraków center, we are lookingfor candidates that would join Internship programme.
We are looking for candidates to join our Financial, HR and Customer Representative teams. Depends on position you will be responsible for:
Financial services:identifying and stopping fraudulent activity or transactions and conducting extensive research to validate purchases.
HR:answering employees queries about HR policies, procedures and processes. Working with internal HR system.
Customer Representative:supporting customer in English (mostly native speakers) and resolving problems, handling incoming calls / e-mails and finding the best solutions for queries.
What do you need to succeed?
- Fluency in English (at least B2+ level), because you will be mostly working with English language,
- possibility to work 20h per week,
- analytical skills,
- ability to multi-task and prioritize and manage time efficiently,
- graduate or student status,
- willingness to start your professional career.
