On behalf of an international, middle-sized manufacturing company (approximately 850 employees worldwide), operating its Polish plant (200 employees) located in North-Eastern Poland, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible fordevelopment of a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues, and supervision of overall matters connected with national and international sales of the company’s products. The scope of duties will also include overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, setting individual targets and coordination of sales action plans for individual members of the Sales Department. Moreover, the Sales Manager will be obliged to cultivate effective business relationships with company’s clients, as well as to conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis.
We are looking for Candidates withat least a few years of experience in managerial position, in sales department of a production company from furniture industry (experience and knowledge of the industry is a must), with practical experience in building relationships with current and prospective Clients (customer relationship management), as well as in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy. He/She should have experience in cooperation with commercial partners, in an international environment and strong analytical, negotiating, interpersonal and multitasking skills. Very good level of English is a must, as well as excellent leadership skills and high level of professionalism and ethics. We are looking for a self-starter that can design and develop teams that lead to change and improvements in customer relationships and business performance.
