Intercompany Process Lead - new role!

Our Client, a global FMCG company famous for their high quality products is now looking for an Intercompany Process Leadto join their RTR structure.

The Intercompany Lead will ensure excellence and ownership in end-to-end Intercompany process. This role will oversee timely delivery and accurate financial close for all Intercompany activities.

Description

• Understand end-to-end financial operations for Intercompany Processes

• Provide guidance regarding all transactional accounting and reporting in Intercompany processes as first level of escalation.

• Responsible for service delivery excellence for Intercompany Accounting including measuring and enhancing our KPIs to drive actionable results.

• Lead projects and analyses related to automation and standardization of Intercompany processes.

• Partner to deliver accurate and timely financial results for all business units serviced.

• Drive agenda of standardisation including sharing of best practices and deciding on global processes.

• Own and drive the clean chart of accounts

• Partnering and supporting the Process Excellence team to enable standardisation and efficiency efforts

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA a plus / Master's degree in Accounting a plus)
• 7+ years of business experience with deep understanding of finance processes and systems
• In-depth knowledge of General Accounting best practices, processes, and internal controls; experience in financial reporting will be a plus
• Experience with structuring and managing projects is an advantage
• Deep understanding of business processes is important
• Communication skills, ability to set priorities and deliver processes in deadlines
