Description
* Managing the team of Inside Sales Specialists and Tender Specialists
* Territorial responsibility in EMEA region
* Conceptual planning and preparation of projects during the Sales phase
* Development and execution of all tasks allocated to the team
* Design processes or continuously work on improvements of existing processes and implementing changes with the team
* Ensure project deadlines are met
* Close cooperation with other teams - Pricing Team, Project Team, Field Sales, Customer Service
Profile
* 5-10 years demonstrated selling skills
* 5-10 years in exceeding sales goals
* min. 5 years experience in safety/gas detection/PPE industry
* University degree
* Excellent English, any other European language is an asset
* Experience in working within a fast-paced environment
* Proven successful track record in business or personal development
* Strong organization and planning skills
* Ability to grasp technical product knowledge
