For global leader in providing advice and solutions in Risk, Retirement and Health we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of Infrastructure Solutions Architect.
- Location: Cracow, Poland
- Job type: B2B contract
- Start Date: December 2019
- Rate: 150 – 180 pln/h netto + vat
- Project: centralisation of 450 applications across EMEA into its central data centres onto its Managed Private Cloud (MPC) service.
- Requirements: minimum 3 years of experience as Infrastructure Solutions Architect in global projects
Join us to:
- Support the application migration vendors in creating Target State Designs to request new Managed Private Cloud (MPC) hardware and services
- active role in the design authority and the architectural design for applications moving into the MPC.
- collate all reference architecture into one pool for review by the design authority and application architects to set standards for the migrations of applications into the MPC environment.
- identify and communicate the guiding principles and standards of the MPC.
- create any missing architecture profiles and engage with the relevant stakeholders (and vendors) to promote understanding.
- work closely with GSS to make sure all implementations meet security standards
- provide support to the application migration vendors during the migration phase for technical issues
- have a detailed understand of company’s architecture standards and specifically the standards of the MPC. This will include the network zoning, security, supported products and version (e.g. OS, database)
