For our client, who is establishing new IT centre in Cracow, we are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Senior Manager.

Your new role
The Digital Business Services Infrastructure Snr Manager provides technical leadership that works closely with LoB Stakeholders, Technical Teams, Service Managers, Account Owners and Operational Partners across the organization to deliver and maintain world class IT infrastructure capability for digital business. In this role, you will work to ensure clear ways of working and lines of accountability for infrastructure strategy, design, operational OLA/SLA (including production incident/problem resolution), network connectivity & capacity, database size and performance, security patching and penetration testing and infrastructure DR/BCP across all markets and geographic regions.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:
• Shape, manage and own the digital business services infrastructure strategy for E2E Service Delivery
• Provide the point of authority for digital business services infrastructure requirements - including Infrastructure, Networks, Database, Security and DR/BCP planning
• Define, manage and maintain ways of working and OLA/SLA/KPI requirements for infrastructure technical teams to ensure compliance with Digital Business Services operational commitments
• Provision and maintain effective infrastructure controls for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line production incident recovery
• Provision and maintain effective controls for infrastructure RCA and Problem Management
• Provision and maintain effective business as usual production system monitoring and alerting on all core services - including Infrastructure, Network, Database and Security components in the E2E Service Design.
• Facilitate routine governance with IT and strategic partners on infrastructure operational performance,
• Manage the operational mitigation of infrastructure escalations and provide operational responsibility for technical alignment with internal/external technical teams
• Facilitate governance for infrastructure changes that impact digital services operational commitments
• Facilitate service performance and management reviews with infrastructure teams and service providers
• Provide alignment with solution architects and LoB stakeholders on Business KPIs & demand forecasts, investment planning and budget submissions
• Publish routine Senior Leadership level MI on core services, financial status and contract renewals.
• Provide technical leadership and line management responsibilities as required
• Deliver Digital Business Services infra capability Operations in line with Business Process KPIs, User Experience and CSAT Objectives
• Provision effective Access Management controls for infrastructure production system access
• Foster a culture across IT and strategic partners through a meticulous focus on incident prevention
• Establish strong working relationships with market stakeholders and regional directors
• Establish strong operational alignment between production trends and enterprise strategies
• Publish global infrastructure requirements for IT service budget and investment planning (including penetration testing, security patching, availability and capacity planning)
• Publish routine director/CIO level operation reports to include service trends and production risks.

Essential
• Experience of architectural design for front office infrastructure
• Experience of AWS Cloud Solutions
• Experience of implementing and shaping the infrastructure strategy for application services
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps software development methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to balance the needs of business change with the needs for platform change and technical stability

Desirable
• Experience of front office applications (E-Com/CDN/PGW/Data Integration/ID management/Fraud & Risk/CRM).
• Experience of ERP applications (SAP/S4 Hana, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Experience of Service Now, Advanced Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams, Confluence, Jira.
• Experience of Atlassian tools - including confluence / Jira.
• Experience of continuous delivery through agile design, development and test.
• Experience of on-prem/cloud/cloud auto-scale/SaaS/PaaS strategic solutions.
• Experience of 3rd party vendor performance management.
