For our client, a cloud technology company - Vodeno with locations in Warsaw, Kraków and Katowice, we are looking for Information Security Risk Manager.

The company has produced one of the world’s first banking platforms to operate entirely in the cloud, complying with strict regulations while innovating at speed.
The Vodeno Cloud Platform (VCP) provides a fast track, all from one source solution for newcomers wishing to enter the financial services market, financial institutions looking to migrate from legacy technology and processes or fintech and e-commerce firms wishing to broaden their portfolio of products. It offers fully integrated, out-of-the-box financial products and services that can be applied either as complete or modular solutions.
Your new role
Information Security Risk Manager is responsible for the oversight of all of an organization's cyber-security programs as they relate to the organization's information initiatives. Also known as information security analyst, develops and implements various policies and procedures for an organization's information network that are designed to maintain information safety and mitigate risk. Risk Security Manager analyzes existing risk mitigation policies and security controls and communicates with the organization's CIO on the efficacy of these measures, suggesting ways and means for improving them. Risk Manager is also the front line for developing contingency plans and recovery processes and procedures when an organization's information systems are severely compromised. He works with all staff to train them in cyber-security measures and policies outlined by the organization.
Other responsibilities:
• Identify financial, safety or security risks that organization may face
• Prepare action plans to decrease risk factors
• Perform risk evaluation, which assesses the way the company previously handled risks
• Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation in order to minimize their future risks
• Provide training and certification for organization staff so that they can be aware of risks and try to avoid them • Knowledge of ISO2700x
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate you need to hold following skills:
• Knowledge of: Strong Authentication, Endpoint Security, Internet Policy Enforcement, Firewalls, Web Content Filtering, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
• Expert knowledge of information security systems and procedures, strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
excellent communication skills, expertise in computer networks
• Ability to lead and communicate efficiently within a team environment
• Great customer service skills
• Advanced technical writing skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
It would be nice if you have:
• Professional certifications such as CISA/CIS/CISSP/Google Cloud Security Engineer
• Solid understanding of the underlying LINUX/UNIX/MacOS & Windows OS internal security architecture
