With our Client, an investment company which significantly expands its business on international markets, we are creating new structures, located in the heart of Cracow. New opportunities for fulfilling personal and professional goals are open for professionals experienced in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Distribution and Accumulation, Income Management.
On a Distribition & Accumulation Specialist position you will be responsible for the preparation of the statement of operations under investment law, including the appropriation of the fund’s income, in accordance with German, Luxembourg and Austrian law as well as preparation of financial statements at the end of financial year for the purpose of annual report and calculation of the expense ratio, explanation of the calculation and reconciliation with auditors shall any queries/discrepancies arise. Moreover you will coordinatethe use of income from the company products with investors or fund initiators and instructing distributions and reinvestment. On daily basis you will cooperate with auditors and external parties.
We are looking for experienced specialist in fund accounting / fund administration / income distribution / business management field. Very good knowledge of English and communicative German language (B1) as well as familiarity with financial instruments and funds is a must. We are looking for flexible, open-minded professionals with ability to work independently.
Our Client offers opportunity to take a part in building new structures of finance centre in Cracow as well as both personal and professional training opportunities and promote the individual strengths of each individual. The offer includes training period in Frankfurt.
