Currently, we are looking for an Incident Manager who will:
- Provide best issue resolving time solutions for the customers.
- Ensure case documentation is complete, legible and accurate.
- Perform escalation activities.
- Ensure follow-up and closure of high priority issues with large strategic customers.
- Support delivery of technical services to major accounts.
