For our Client, well-known international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role ofIdentity and Access Management Engineer.
Your new role
As a Identity and Access Management Engineer your duty will be to perform reviews of submitted access requests identifying what items are needed based on user requests. You will be also responsible for manually provision and de-provision for system not currently automated. On this position you will be also handling access management break/fix related incidents and supporting change management tasks related to access. Your future tasks will include end-user support for IAM tools & processes as well as Operational support/maintenance for production tools.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate for this position should demonstrate basic understanding of Identity and Access Management processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards and basic understanding of authentication/authorisation concept and methodologies. Moreover, you should understand process automation and process improvement and you should be able to work cooperatively as part of a cross functional global team. Perfect Candidates are able to communicate well at all levels and knows when to escalate issues, show good judgment and ability to prioritize work and also understand the impact to their role of regulations, laws and company policies, standards and procedures. Experience or flexibility to learn multiple systems access methodologies such as Active Directory, O365, Exchange, SAP, UNIX, Linux, Mainframe and others is highly recommended.
