For our Client, international banking company located in Kraków (Czerwone Maki) we are searching for: HR Operation Specialist with fluent German (C1 Level) and fluent English (min. B2 level).

You will be responsible for:
being partner with candidates, contact with hiring managers and recruiters and provide quality experience during recruitment process. You will be also in charge of organising and manage the interview scheduling process and initiate on-boarding for Employees. Your tasks will include also keeping track of all candidate data in the recruiting system and manage the ad-hoc queries like completing validation and quality check of job adverts.
On a daily basis you will support recruitment process for our Client in Switzerland.

Requirements:

We are looking for Candidates who are: well organised and able to thrive when no two days are the same - passion for working with people and true service oriented mind-set.

We are looking for: German Speaker (C1 level) and fluent in English (min. B2 level).
Experience in a similar role in an international company would be an asset.
