HR Transition Manager
Mission Statement
You will be responsible to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
Main Accountabilities:
-Fully accountable and responsible to manage the PG JV transition for the GBS HR Europe Hubs,
-Ensure transition project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored,
-Monitor and report on progress of the project to the relevant stakeholders,
-Raise and manage project risks, issues and changes,
-Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure timely deliverables and adherence to project schedule and standards,
-Ensure all processes are captured in SOPs and these are up to date,
-Prepare a Knowledge Transfer Plan and coordinate Knowledge Transfer Phase to successful completion. Support Training Leads, SMEs and GBS HR Hub Manage-ment Team in any issues to be resolved.
Knowledge , Skill and Experience:
-Degree in a Technical or Finance field,
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Transition Manage-ment/ Project Management in a BPO environment,
-Strong PM methodology expertise and skills,
-Strong HR & BPO acumen - HR systems, tools and processes tracking experience is highly desirable,
-Very strong self-organizing skills and abilities to work in a structured manner,
-Excellent ability to communicate with multiple senior stake-holders, from multi-cultural environments,
-Capable of planning and executing major initiatives,
-Extensive knowledge of HR IS systems and tools,
-High degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
