HR Transformation Project Manager
The HR team within GBS is busy establishing the function, including the structure of the team, ways of working and processes. To help guide that work, there is an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team to oversee a number of projects.

Our Client is a well-recognized technology company. The HR Transformation Project Manager will become a part of the Global Business Services (GBS) function to be the strategic partner for transforming and delivering business operations across the organization.
Description
- In this critical position you will enjoy responsibility for full lifecycle project management including project planning and estimation, scoping and requirements analysis through implementation and deployment
- Partnering closely with the Change Manager, you will help ensure stakeholders are kept informed through regular reporting and the proactive management of potential risks or delays to workstreams
- Reporting to the Transformation Team Lead this role will be based in Krakow and will work with colleagues globally - we have a One Team approach
Profile
- Strong project management capability coupled with experience of working with HR systems and processes including familiarity with Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Management & Acquisition. Experience of Workday HR & Recruiting will be advantageous.
- A history of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects in a complex global environment. This should be combined with an understanding of current project management methodologies.
- A Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential
- First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- A data led approach with strong analytical ability
- Excellent organisational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem solving led approach
