Kraków- work in an international and well-known company

- be responsible for collecting, maintaining and reporting personal and organizational data,
- advise our employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters,
- support end-to-end process related to local payroll activities,
- have a chance to support annual cycles and activities driven by global teams.
- min 6 months of working experience in HR
- advanced MS Excel user,
- a person with a proficient level of English (a communicative level of French is a plus)
- professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or International Assignments (Global Mobility) and knowledge of SAP or other HR system would be an asset.
