You will be responsible for:

Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes and to conduct employee onboarding
Liaising with our payroll provider
Liaising with our Occupational Safety and Health management company (BHP), take responsibility for all health and safety matters in the office
Administering employee benefits and be responsible for administering the Employee Social Fund
Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems
Ensuring employee records are properly maintained
As required, work with the HR Director to develop and implement HR policies
When required, undertake tasks in performance management
From time to time gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
Assisting the HR Director with the development of a company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement and high performance
Assisting with other tasks as may be reasonably required

What you will need:

Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
Degree in management, HRM or related discipline
2+ years’ experience in HR – an understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Poland is required
Strong knowledge of hiring processes in Poland
Knowledge and experience of payroll processes
Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Excellent communication skills
Aptitude for problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and recommend solutions
