For our Client, an international production company, who established their Shared Service Centre in Krakow few years ago, we are currently looking for the Specialist experienced in Human Resourceswho would like to join the stabilised finance department.

As a part of local HR team you will be responsible for people-related processes including: recruitment, training, personnel administration, time management and reporting. You will act as a first point of contact and advisor for the employees to help in all HR-related mattersand ensure positive working atmosphere in the office.

Main part of your duties will be focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes(Supply Chain, IT and Finance), coordinate on-boarding for new employees, ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date personnel filesfor SSC employees according to labor law requirements and security guidelines, maintain employee data in SAP HR system and prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports: absenteeism, holidays, trainings, headcount, turnover. Moreover you will gather, analyze and discuss employees’ development needs, organize trainings and language classesaccording to the business need.

To be a successful in this recruitment process, you should have University degree in Human Resources, Administration or Management, possess min. 2 years of experience in HR area including Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Administration, Time Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
Person who isopen, pro-active, flexible,possess excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills and has fluent Englishwill find themselves in this role like no one else.
