For one of our clients – a global healthcare (life-science) company, we are currently looking for an:

HR Specialist with Italian & English

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and professional operational support and handle enquiries related to employee lifecycle
• Administer the process of hiring, data changes and terminations of employees and any changes in labour condition
• Provide user support on different HR IT systems
• Engage in building an HR knowledge base for the team of HR Specialists to use
• Act as a “superuser” or “subject-matter expert” within specific fields of expertise and/or to a specific country
• Keep updated on trends or potential changes on the labour law to minimise risk and ensure compliance
• Optimise HR operational processes and services

Our requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Law, HR, Psychology or similar area or relevant experience and/or certification specialised in HR)
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience and process knowledge within the HR 
• Advanced written and spoken English and Italian (B2+ / C1)
• Customer service experience, preferably from and HR role receiving inbound service calls
• Experience with employment law and conditions
• High sense of quality and strong solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, team player with a can-do attitude
