HR Specialist with Italian

Dla naszego Klienta w Krakowie – międzynarodowej firmy działającej w branży energetyczno-automatycznej poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: HR Specialist with Italian.

Responsibilites:

- Support internal customers and oversees accurate and timely processing of information

- Delivers best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees

- Recommends enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures

- Performs adequate data entry into systems

- Prepares information and documents for external authorities

- Supports employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers

- Manages employee documentation and employee helpdesk for query resolution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company will be a strong plus

- Previous experience in Employee Lifecycle or HR Generalist role will be a strong plus

- Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel skills, exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

- Very good English and very good Italian (B2/C1)

- Analytical skills and good attention to details.
