For one of our clients – a global healthcare (life-science) company, we are currently looking for an:

HR Specialist with English

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and professional operational support and handle enquiries from relevant line of business related to the set up of employee in internal systems
• Provide user support to hiring managers on different HR IT systems
• Engage in building a HR knowledge base for the team of HR Specialists to use
• Act as a “super user” or “subject matter expert” within specific fields of expertise and/or to a specific country
• Inform and train colleagues in the team when there are changes to the policy, process or system
• Optimise HR hire processes and services to internal stakeholder 

Our requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Law, HR, Psychology or similar area or relevant experience and/or certification specialised in HR)
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience and process knowledge within the HR
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Experience with employment law and conditions
• High degree of customer mindset and professionalism working with customers, peers, managers, HRBP, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, team player with a can-do attitude
