For our Client, an international company, with established position on the market, we are looking for person for the HR Shared Service Specialist with English position:
Key responsibilities:
- Support the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing and case management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Support our employees and managers with their Moments That Matter through unrivalled customer service; work with various stakeholders within the business and centers of excellence to ensure SLAs are met;
- Understand and deliver services in line with company`s values and standards;
- Use Dashboard and available data analytics to ensure personal and team performance meets all agreed service standards;
- Assist the Customer Support Consultants to address complex requests/enquiries, troubleshooting where required whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience
- Become as subject matter expert, identifying continuous improvements and take ownership of HR transactions and ensure Service Operating Procedures are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted Global standards.
- Ensure efficient case delivery and act as the central contact for the employee or manager, keeping them up to date with regular proactive updates and follow up for closure;
- Deliver against all compliance imperatives including support for local and global Data Audits, local legislative needs, protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies;
Expectations:
- Fluent spoken and written command of English and Polish language skills
- 1-2 years HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a multi-national organization
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems will be great asset,
- Higher educational degree or equivalent experience
- High level of personal resilience, ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to structure your daily work
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
