Main responsibilities

• Administrate HR processes for service centre Krakow in cooperation with local payroll, BHP/HSE and other local providers: working contracts, medical inspections, obligatory trainings etc.
• Direct collaborate with outsourced HR recruiter services and coordination of recruitments for service centre Krakow, monitoring and adjusting recruitment process 
• Cooperate on proper recruitment strategy with project team and supervisor and implement adjustments into relation of recruiter and company
• Implement HR processes in service centre
• Stabilize employees and develop employee relations
• Monitoring of remuneration in service centre according company rules and contracted conditions

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in HR Manager role
• Excellent knowledge  and experience of employment lifecycle management
• Customer and result orientation
• Fluent Polish and English
• Experience in IT recruitment welcomed
• Confidentiality
• Organizing, communication and presentation skills
• Good influencing and negotiating skills
• Proven knowledge of Polish labour law
• Proactive attitude
