Currently for our Client, Company from Digital Sector, we are looking for HR Manager to join their structures in Kraków.
Your new role
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for coordinating the work of a multi-person HR team (personnel administration, recruitment, remuneration, accounting of working time), supervising the work of the personnel administration, budgeting, including the implementation of remuneration and benefits policies. Daily duties will also include reporting and analysis of HR indicators (rotation, absenteeism, efficiency, etc., supporting and supervising the adaptation process of new employees), supervision over the shape of the organizational structure, taking care of cohesion of the posts, contributing to the organizational culture of the company and participation in other hard and soft HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates applying for the role of HR Manager should have min. 5 years of work experience in HR Department, including 2 years of experience of working within HR structures in Call Center and university degree in HR or similar. Suitable Candidates should possess good knowledge of Polish labour law and good command of English (min. B2 level) and be ready to work under the pressure of time.
