Currently for our Client, an international Company from the Hospitality sector, we are looking for HR Manager

Your new role
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. HR Manager will lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment. Will be responsible for the maintenance and development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the business goals. This person will coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs and assists and advises company managers about HR issues. Major areas to manage will include: recruiting and staffing, departmental planning, performance management and performance improvement support, employee relations and compliance to company and regulatory laws, rules, procedures, employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training support for the head of departments, policy development and documentation, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, employee services and counselling.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates applying for the role of HR Manager should have knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development. Better than average written and spoken communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and Head of Department coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the Hotel senior management team that provides overall company leadership and direction. Excellent computer skills, must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with an external employment law partners. Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes. Excellent organizational management skills
