On behalf of our Client, a multinational company from Gdańsk, we are currently looking for HR Manager.
Your new role
The scope of responsibilities will include management providing a strategic and professional HR service to the respective locations. Supporting Management teams to deliver excellence through their people. Implementing the organization’s human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, developing and retaining the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Moreover HR Manager will work closely with managers to monitor employees issues and provide guidance, as well as be contact point to employees on all employment related matters. Your role will involve active participation in employee communication activities and performing other related duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with at least 8 years of experience in the field of human resources in a multinational company. Fluent English and Master degree are required as well as proven experience in varied HR projects. To be successful in this role he or she will need to have communication skills. Experience in staff development, supervision, and evaluation would be highly regarded.
