HR Manager (part-time role / pół etatu)
For our client we are looking for high professional candidates with exeprience in banks and financial institution area.

Our Client is an international corporate bank operating successfully in Poland since several years. Currently, due to internal changes in their global HR structure they are seeking to recruit locally an experienced HR professional, who will be able to successfully manage all dedicated responsibilities in the areas of human resources management and development.
Opis stanowiska
- Support the CEO and senior management in applying company's HR policies, also ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects
- Support the enhancement process, advising and guiding managers and employees through all aspects of the process: performance management, compensation planning with emphasis on learning and development
- Conduct internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs, advising on sourcing strategy, job posting, selection of final candidates, job offer and on-boarding
- Coordinate outsourced payroll matters
- Coordinate internal communication
- Cooperation with the global headquarter
Profil kandydata
- Success track record in managing human resources function in small and mid-size international company (10-15 year of experience in an indicator but not a prerequisite)
- Master's degree. Preferable in HR, Business or Management fields.
- Sound knowledge of best practices in HR business partnering (i.e. training, learning and development, assessments and planning, compensations and benefits, budgeting)
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organization to influence and coach other employees
- Experience and capability to work in a matrix organization
- Business acumen, capable of directing change management initiatives
- Target-driven with can-do attitude and holistic view
- Fluent English
- Profound knowledge of labour law
