For our client from Cracow we are looking for a HR IS Solution Architect (Data management).
Your new role
Our client is in the start of both HR and digital transformation and you will play an important part in making this a success. Company’s work is driven in an Agile and SAFe way with increments where the teams deliver prioritized improvements. The teams are located in both Poland, India and Scandinavia. You will enjoy a varied role where you take part and take ownership in both requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Securing data management best practices for data modelling, data profiling, data quality assessment, data integration and data governance of our People data
• Providing technical leadership to guide the teams and support with data mapping, define policies and rules for master data maintenance
• Driving alignment across functional areas, systems, integrations and analytics within our People domain
• Working closely with other architects who focus on analytics, integrations and security, as well as liaison with the domain architect, and with other data management roles
• Making sure to secure data quality of our master data and implement data quality framework in cooperation with functional experts and data responsible persons
• Supporting the agile teams with delivering value to the organisation
• Making sure that our data management policies across People systems are working as intended
• Helping to build out our platforms and our capabilities so we can increasingly leverage data science in generating insights and knowledge to improve our employee digital experience
• Working in a close cooperation with other digital teams and key business stakeholders
• Taking part in implementation projects hands-on when needed
What you'll need to succeed
• Technical background and ability to lead data integration, data modeling, data management workflow, etc. through a first-hand understanding of the work
• Working experience with data and integrations in a global and complex environment
• Strong experience in successfully rolling out data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes and controls in the HR/People data domain
• Knowledgeable of developing and maintaining standards
• Practical experience of GDPR and similar data regulation compliance, how they impact data management and how to solve such requirements
• Experience of Workday or other cloud-based HCM system is a plus
• University degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred
