Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
- Management of HR administration activities including preparation and processing of payroll information
- Participation in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- Providing accurate and consistent support to employees in various HR related topics and help to resolve issues
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Administering the process of criminal record check for employees
- Close cooperation with an external payroll provider and other external parties where relevant
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Perform other HR projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
- Relevant experience of minimum 3 years
- Practical knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- Fluent English (German would be an asset)
- Good knowledge of the MS-Office package
- Very good analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- High ethical conduct
