HR Generalist (m/f)
A person at this position will be responsible for providing professional HR guidance on a broad range of issues.

Description
- implementing recruitment and training guidelines and framework
- implementing development and career planning guidelines
- leading supervising and supporting the recruitment, training, development and career planning activities
- dealing with recruitment and training agencies
- reviewing and updating personnel administration processes and procedures
- supervising the C&B area
- managing external providers (payroll, medical insurance, labour protection)
- coordinating the Performance Development Review process, ensuring implementation of the objectives and performance evaluation processes
- maintaining a constant feedback, deal with new policies within the guidelines of the Group
- reviewing, evaluating, and analysing work environments and ensuring procedures are observed
- managing and developing appropriate communication channels for the staff
- managing organisational charts
Profile
- university degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 3-4 years of experience in HR Department in a multinational company
- expert in Polish Labour Law
- advanced knowledge of English
- ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and projects
- capacity to manage people
