HR Coordinator

Lokalizacja: Warsaw

For our Client - Well-known international media and entertainment company, we are looking for experienced candidates who will take the position of HR Coordinator in dynamic environmental.

 

The main responsibilities include:  

  • Provide administrative support from end to end recruitment process
  • Coordinate hiring and other recruitment events, manage the scheduling and logistics for new roles
  • Cooperate with managed service providers i.e. contracting, managing performance issues
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist team to coordinate screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for required positions
  • Facilitate the offer and onboarding process to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Resolve cases for People & Culture customers on variety of topics while providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintenance of organizational structures in the systems
  • Supports People Managers or other stakeholders with their queries regarding external workforce via different channels

 

We are looking for Candidates who possess:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous HR experience, preferably within an HR Operations or Talent Acquisition team
  • Strong technical skills. Preferred previous experience working with Fieldglass and SuccessFactors
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation, particularly around talent acquisition
  • Previous experience managing Flexible Workforce / Contingent Worker recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (French preferable but not required)
