HR Business Partner
Lokalizacja: WarszawsaResponsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the HR processes;
- Collaborate with the various business functions to ensure the implementation of an effective and aligned HR Service delivery;
- Provide advice and support to line managers through the effective case management of difficult and/or sensitive day to day people management issues;
- Verifies if HR regulations and rules are followed;
- Identify, develop and successfully deliver client responsive, cost effective and measurable solutions;
- Providing appropriate HR solutions supporting the business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR;
- HR Business Partner experience
- Knowledge of employee relations and employment law in Poland;
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex HR issues;
- Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of HR trends and best practices;
- Fluent English (C1);
