Your new company
For our Client international leader in the Greenbuilding we are looking for HR Business Partner in Łódź. 

Your new role 
Person in new roll will primarily interface with and serving as single point of contact for people topics and implications within the organization, actively contribute to organizational structure’s evolution design and implementation providing effective HR support and expertise. Implement from scratch and drive talent management strategies (e.g. talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, etc.) to achieve long-term business strategy and near-term business priorities through a path that will drive and enhance leaders ownership and coach leaders and drive cultural change. Also will guide leaders/employees to support and link culture change with measurable business impact, deliver and execute HR programs and policies as well as provide day-to-day HR support, create a positive customer experience and take ownership of the results, drive the HR model/strategy for company in Poland by partnering and collaborating with other departments and serve business short term and long term goals. Will be partner with staffing agencies on current and future recruitment needs, lead employee and labor relations activities, monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and guidelines and ensure data integrity and accuracy in order to leverage data for insights/action and facilitate thoughtful decision making. 


What you'll need to succeed
Our ideal candidate has a Master Degree in HR Management/Organization, or Labour Psychology, min 10 years significant HR expertise with focus on organisation design and people development. Proven high level of technical HR knowledge, skill, and expertise, has high organizational and planning skills as well as deep analytical skills. Has a shared and servant leadership style together with a customer-first approach. Demonstrates a strong business acumen in order to anticipate challenges and find solutions to achieve business results through people strategy and execution. He/she’s able to influence others effectively and display courage to ensure the best outcome for the people and the business. Has an agile and nimble mindset. Delivers HR excellence with a continuous improvement mindset, strive for excellence in everything he/she does, has a growth mindset and thinking out-of-the box is in his/her nature. He/she’s fluent in English, has solid knowledge of MS Office. Nice to have: change management certification and basics of project management
