HR Business Partner

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Key Accountabilities:

• Leaders and Managers support in HR legal advice in the scope of organization
changes, team-building, conflicts and personal problems resolving , training,
professional development.
• Participation in internal procedures and HR policies creation and implementation.
• Analyses and reports, key HR parameters monitoring, support actions
recommending and leading.
• Labour law legal advice.
• Payment process coordination and management (payroll list calculated by
outsourcing company): preparation on monthly basis all the necessary
documentation for pay list calculation and transfer to the outsourcing company, data
checking
• Support in employee relations and employment issues through delivering solutions,
responding to employees inquires.
• Problem solving and business decisions control point in light of HR / labor law.
• Cooperation with and representing the Company in the TAX Office, national labor
inspection, ZUS, courts and other authorities.
• Dealing of legality of a foreigner's stay on Polish and work permission, filling and
completing applications referring to work and stay permission acquiring , cooperation
with Office for Foreigners and Employment Office, preparation and leading the
documentation regarding foreigners employment.
• Processes timing/deadline control, monitoring and employee current issues support
in scope of ongoing work and stay legalization processes.
• Cooperation with contractors and benefits suppliers.
• Controlling the issues of H&S and cooperation with the external H&S company.


Experience/skills:

• Have min. 5-6 years solid experience in HR field (Recruitment, Payroll, HR administration, Trainings, Compensation & Benefits).
• Good working knowledge in Polish labour law.
• Hold a BA/BS/MA degree of Human Resource Management, Psychology or other
similar.
•Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are reliable, self-disciplined and weel organized.
• Ability to set priorities and multitasking.
• Readiness for your next challenge in HR.
• Knowledge of work health and safety regulations.
• Can work under preasure.
• Fluent English in spoken and written.
