For our client a multinational company we are looking for HR Business Partner to cover HR activities.

Your new role

As a HR Business Partner in our client company you will act as point of contract for leaders across functions delivering HR support on day- to - day matters.Additionally, the tasks will involve recruitment, position evaluation and salary bench-marking. Through your business acumen, it is natural for you to execute HR related matters and support managers in building the right capabilities locally. You will be involved in providing information about market trends, competencies which are required, as well as identifying hiring needs. Being part of a global organisation, you will on an ongoing basis participate in various international HR projects as well as workshops.

What you'll need to succeed

You need to have a University degree in business, law, psychology or other relevant field, a minimum 3-years of experience in a HR Business Partner role. You have to know practical knowledge of HR concepts, regulations/legislation, process, policies and workflows. You have strong organisation and multitasking skills. You are ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.Fluent/very good English language skills are essential. In order to be successful in this role you need to be a proactive, independent and creative person with positive and can-do mindset. What is more we are looking for HR Professional with high degree of common sense, openness, flexibility, communications skills and a trusted advisor.
