Your new company
Leading and stable production company is looking for experienced HR Business Partner to join their structure.

Your new role
To continue grown and success of our Client business, you will support Managers in achieving business goals and recommending appropriate actions in the field of people management. On daily basis you will be closely cooperate with other team members, stakeholders, managers and directors to ensure full understating of their requirements and preferences. Moreover you will be responsible for employer branding, communication, area within the company, recruitment process, implementation and development of HR tools.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have min. 3 years of experience working as an independent Specialist in HR department or HR Business Partner in production company, University degree in Human Resources or related specialisation. In order to be successful in this role you need to be fluent in English and Polish. Knowledge of polish labour law and practical knowledge of HR tools are crucial.
