Your new role
In this role you will be cooperating closely with Hiring Managers building the HR strategy and policy, taking and answering questions from employees and the general public regarding human resources issues, preparing a variety of reports including to human resource management programs and activities. You will be also responsible for all tasks connected with "soft" HR like: recruitment, trainings, people- development, employer branding activities, cooperation with external recruitment companies.
What you'll need to succeed
The perfect candidate should has strong experience within this role, bachelor degree is a must (master degree in HR, Psychology preferred). Good knowledge of German required. We are looking for motivated and involved Candidates who love working with people, are open- minded and business oriented.
