For our Client, an international production company, who has stable SSC in Cracow, we are looking fora HR Managerwho as Business Partner to Cracow SSC management (Head of SSC, Finance SSC Manager) gives advice and drives the appropriate HR direction within the SSC Cracowcontext and European HR framework and Strategy.

As a HR Manager you will be part of the local management teamand you will support the SSC management in HR/People related topicsas well as organisation & change-related topics including employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include development and implementation a HR policyand HR practices based on the Company HR strategy and SSC Cracow requirements and external market developments, ensure that Company people processes are fully embedded(e.g. performance management & recognition, talent management, succession planning, engaging working climate). Moreover you will further build and ensure professional HR excellence, resource planning and staffingincl. effective on-boarding, drive training & skill development agenda.

We are looking for a professional who presents managerial experience in HR Operations in SSC environment covering all relevant HR subject areas, having exposure to senior stakeholders as well as sound knowledge of Polish labour law. You need to speak fluent Polish and English as well as present high business acumen, ability to lead organizational change projects and initiatives, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
