Your new company
For one of our Client, global leading engineered company located in Kraków, we are looking for HR Analyst to join their team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient service to HR colleagues and the business in HR Systems. The scope of your duties will included: support the HRIS Manager, contribute to HRIS projects, maintain and develop the core HRIS systems in line with the HR Systems startegy, Alfa/Beta-Testing systems and processes. Working on HR Analyst role you will be first point of contact for SAP Consultants for HR matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an ideal candidate if you have an experience: in SAP HCM and Success Factors Systems, documentation of processes and issue resolution, international exposure and Shared Service Support environment background.
High proficiency in English, affinity with IT Systems and analytical skills are also required.
Availability to join our client's structure immediately will be a strong asset.
