We are looking for experienced HR Specialists who would like to develop in the field of Employee Administration and Onboarding. This is an opportunity to join a brand new HR project and take part in the process transition.

What you will do as a Senior Specialist:

  • Process client’s queries and escalations,
  • provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
  • organise knowledge sharing sessions,
  • monitor and prioritize team workload,
  • manage assigned part of the process according to agreed transition plan,
  • update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation,
  • opportunity to take part in 2 weeks transition. 

Additional duties in particular teams:

  • on-boarding and vacancy process management,
  • create offers and contracts for new joiners,
  • process the HR data (e.g. joiners/leavers, time and attendance),
  • contact with client in according to queries and escalations via phone, e-mail, chat or CMS,
  • resolve all HR related issues.

 

What you will need:

  • at least 2 years of experience in HR admin or Onboarding department,
  • knowledge of SAP (as an asset),
  • knowledge of UK labor law,
  • very good English (C1),
  • very good communication skills,
  • open to work shifts.
